Duties

FV-G. Kam az kam ek saal (52 weeks) ka specialized experience hona zaroori hai jo FV-F, FG/GS-5 thru 9 level ke barabar ho. Misaalon mein yeh shamil ho sakta hai: aisa kaam jo analytical research aur diversified programs ki evaluation ko shamil karta ho, project life cycle development, statistical reports ka development, aur assigned projects ka administration aur control.

Ph.D. ya barabar doctoral degree ya progressively higher-level graduate education ke 3 saal jo aise degree ki taraf le jata ho ya LL.M., agar mutaliq ho. Education position se direct mutaliq honi chahiye.

Misaalon mein yeh shamil ho sakta hai: programs aur operations ki effectiveness ka analysis aur evaluation; data ko track aur analyze karna policies aur procedures ke compliance ko ensure karne ke liye; program deficiencies ko identify karna; assigned programs ke liye solutions aur improvements recommend karna; current aur projected programs ka cost-benefit analysis perform karna; data ko compile, evaluate, aur analyze karna; internal/external stakeholders ke sath kaam karna; budget processes ka experience (formation/execution/procurement/reconciliation); accounting systems aur travel management ka experience.
FV-I. Kam az kam ek saal (52 weeks) ka specialized experience hona zaroori hai jo FV-H, FG/GS 12 level ke barabar ho. Misaalon mein yeh shamil ho sakta hai: evaluation aur improvement ke liye qualitative aur quantitative assessment methods ka wide range use karna; naye ya proposed policy changes ka review karna taake process, program aur organizational impacts ko determine kiya ja sake; factual information, project papers, briefings aur staff reports ko senior management ke liye collect, analyze aur prepare karna; higher level officials ko process ya program improvement recommendations dena; mukhtalif sources se data ko collect karna aur analyze karna; analyses ya studies ko plan, schedule aur conduct karna.
FV-J. Kam az kam ek saal (52 weeks) ka specialized experience hona zaroori hai jo FV-I, FG/GS 13 level ke barabar ho. Misaalon mein yeh shamil ho sakta hai: process improvement activities ko facilitate karna, management ko information present karna; projects/tasks ko plan, schedule aur track karna; quality management programs, systems aur standards ke tracking, analysis aur implementation ko lead ya coordinate karna; resource data ko compile, analyze aur evaluate karna taake reports, charts/graphs, status updates ya analysis prepare kar sake jo organizational goals aur objectives ko support kare; operating instructions ka development.
FV-K. Kam az kam ek saal (52 weeks) ka specialized experience hona zaroori hai jo FV-J, FG/GS 14 level ke barabar ho. Misaalon mein yeh shamil ho sakta hai: teams ko lead karna jo process improvement ke analysis kar rahe ho; subordinate activities aur programs ke liye resource (staffing aur funding) guidance/objectives ka development aur teams ko lead karna jo resource utilization ke continuous assessments conduct kar rahe ho program objectives ko accomplish karne ke liye; cost reduction aur quality improvement ke liye metrics ka establishment; process improvement aur analysis mein technical direction provide karna.
