Associate Attorney (Catastrophic Injury)

Primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ek Partner ke sath mil kar 8-20 catastrophic personal injury cases ko manage karna, chote cases ko minimal oversight ke sath handle karna.
Daily case management me assigned staff ko direct aur assist karna.
Tamam pre-litigation (as applicable) aur litigation matters pe investigations oversee karna.
Case managers ke liye open-door policy maintain karna taake attorney review aur approval ke liye queries present kar sakein.
Potential aur current matters ko valuation ke liye assess karna taake early resolution ho sake.
Litigation plans formulate aur execute karna trial tak.
Har case ke liye medical aur legal experts ko identify aur retain karna, inki trial preparation shamil hai.
Claims aur litigation ke dauran clients aur staff ke sath communication maintain karna.
Litigation ke dauran pertinent issues pe legal research conduct karna.
Appropriate court me summons, complaints aur doosre pleadings prepare aur file karna.
Written discovery draft aur respond karna.
Opposing counsel ko discovery issues ke hawale se meet aur confer letters draft karna.
Clients ko depositions aur doosri hearings (e.g., minor's compensation hearings) ke liye prepare karna.
Litigation ke dauran depositions conduct karna.
Law aur motion ke liye prepare aur respond karna.
Mediation aur doosri court appearances attend karna.
Trials ke liye cases prepare karna, isme tamam trial documents, motions in limine, oppositions to defense motions in limine aur direct aur cross-examinations of witnesses ke outlines shamil hain.
Har team member ke sath monthly file reviews conduct karna.
Tamam assigned PI matters ki liability investigations ko oversee karna.
PI Managing Attorneys ke sath monthly file reviews me hissa lena.

- Excellent written aur verbal communication skills.
- Workers' Compensation terminology ka familiarity.
